TOTD (Acne Treatments) : Apple Cider Vinegar

Well hello my ladies and gentlemen,

I finally got a chance to just sit down and write a post for my blog and for all of you. Recently I discovered something that worked as a miracle to my skin. I usually do not have major skin issues (except around that time of the month), but when I do, I would love to have magic powers and just make it disappear instantly! But yes, we all know it cannot happen, and that is why we became "slaves" of different kinds of acne treatments, creams, and even pills... The truth is, you may only make it worse, that is why I try to find some natural remedies that will help, not to just cover, but to heal your skin.
I do not have to mention how important it is to drink plenty of water, try to eat as healthy as possible, do some exercises and avoid stress.

Tip of the day: Use Apple Cider Vinegar

About the ACV:

ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar), apart from being an amazing part of every delicious salad is sooo much more than that, your skin, even your hair, teeth and body can benefit from it too! It is made by crushing the apples and squeezing all the liquid (juice) from them. It is left open for some time in jars or bottles, so that the natural fermentation process would begin.

How will it help my skin?

This natural acne remedy is known to help the active acne heal quicker, make the scars disappear and prevent new ones from coming out again!
It heals skin from the inside out, making the surface of it less bumpy, while reducing the redness and appearance of pores and blackheads.

How to use it?

  1. Take a bit of ACV on the cotton ball and clean your face gently.
  2. Take another 1 or 2 of them and soak them into the juice, put it on the problem area and leave it until the morning.
  3. Once you wake up, remove the cotton balls (if still there) and wash your face as you would do normally.
  4. Repeat every night, and moisturize daily.

Hope you liked today's tip, be sure to let me know in the comments your opinions and advices on skincare and acne remedies!

Until the next time lovelies,

Bella
